School Fusion is the Learning management System linked to Potomac Senior’s webpage (www.potomacpanthers.org). After creating your username and password allowing you to log on to the webpage, you will have access to your student’s class webpage’s , assignment calendar and the School Fusion message center that will allow you to communicate with teachers and staff at Potomac Senior. Once registered with School Fusion, access to Edulink will be authorized within 48-hours. Edulink will provide parents with access to check grades and monitor attendance on a daily basis.
The Username and Password you create in the School Fusion process outlined below, will provide access for both School Fusion and Edulink!
To Create your School Fusion / Edulink Account:
1. Provide photo identification to the front office (Attendance) to pick up your “passcode”. If you have students at multiple PWC schools, you will need to obtain a passcode for each student from their school.
2. Go to www.potomacpanthers.org and click on “Parent Registration” on the left side button bar.

After your registration is complete, you will immediately be able to login to School Fusion by at Potomac Senior’s webpage, www.potomacpanthers.org .
Within two business days of registering for School Fusion, an Edulink account will be created. You will be able to access Edulink using the same Username and Password as School Fusion.
Already have a School Fusion Account and just want to ADD a student?
1. Go to www.potomacpanthers.org and log in to your School Fusion account.
2. On the left side navigation / button bar, click on “My Family”.
3. In the My Family window, click on “Add Your Student”.
4. Enter the Student ID and passcode for the student you wish to add and click submit.
Once added, your student will appear with their classes and information on upon logging in to School Fusion.
Please do not share your School Fusion/Edulink username and password with anyone, including your student. Students will have their own username and password allowing them access to both School Fusion and Edulink.
To Login to Edulink/Intouch:
1. Go to www.potomacpanthers.org
2. Click on the Edulink button on the left tool bar
3. Login using the same username and password you created for School Fusion.
Your student’s information is available by clicking the Icon for the preferred information.
Emailing a
1. Go to www.potomacpanthers.org and log in.
2. On the left navigation / button bar, click “Faculty / Staff Profile Listing”. The faculty will appear listed by department.
3. Find the department / faculty member your wish to email and click on their email address.
